As promised in his election campaign and plan, President Javier Conde announced last week in Seville that all LG Stud Book service fees will remain the despite the increase in VAT (Value Added Tax) which has been increased from 16 % to 18 %.
The Stud Book will absorb this tax increase without any repercussions to PRE Breeders, as established in the 2010 budget approved at the last Assembly meeting.
The current Board of Directors is committed to maintaining fees throughout the next four (4) years, no matter what the tax situation in Spain may be.
