Commencing Tuesday, May 1st, 2012 a $ 2500 service fee will be required from Breeders that request Breeding & Birth Certificates prior to 2011 Commencing Tuesday, January 1st 2013, the $ 2500 fee will be applied to all requests made to the USPRE LG office for prior year certificates Breeders are encouraged to print their Breeding & Birth Certificates in a timely manner
