Owners and Breeders requiring Revision services should:

1. Bring the original passport Carta to the site for the horse to be revised;
2. Complete and forward an International Request for Service Code number 206 to the LG-ANCCE Miami office please indicate number of horses you are requesting this service for;
3. Proceed to make payment for the Revision service through the LG-ANCCE website or by forwarding a credit card authorization form
