STUD FARM CATALOG
Annually, SICAB prepares an official catalog where all those stud farms who so desire may contract publicity The deadline to request publicity and to send in all original texts/photos is Wednesday, the 5th of November Included herein is the request form for Catalog publicity; please fill out the form and send it back to the ANCCE office This request form indicates the current fees for publicity this year
Remember, there is limited publicity space If you are interested, it is best to reserve now!

BREEDER STAND
This year, the location of breeders’ stands will be in Pavilion 1, the same as last year, where there will also be an arena for mares Acciona de Producciones y Diseño is responsible for the set up

The deadline for contracting a stand is Thursday, the 30th of October, 2014 To formalize your reservation, you must fill out the form—included herein—and make the corresponding €600 deposit

Priority to select a location within the Pavilion will be given to breeders who have had a stand at previous editions
The amount deposited formalizes the reservation In all cases, the deposit should be made to the ANCCE at La Caixa Bank with account number ES98 2100 2320 5502 0016 8822 SWIFT Code: CAIXESBBXXX Remember, should there be a cancellation after the October 30, 2013 deadline, the organizers will not return this deposit
All specifications for setting up stands, schedules and general use are specified in the Breeder Stand Contract, which will be sent in due course The prices for Full Members are the same as in 2013 Two-floor stands are not allowed, nor any stand that is elevated above floor level Maximum surface area available per stud farm is eighty square meters 80 m2

ENTRIES OF HORSES FOR THE FINAL OF THE SPANISH NATIONAL CONFORMATION CHAMPIONSHIPS AND THE ANCCE CUPS
This newsletter includes an entry form for both the Conformation Competition and the ANCCE Cups

Here are the details and prices with regards to the Conformation Competition:
A Closing dates for the receipt of entries:
- The deadline to enter a horse is Friday, the 14th of November
- Horses entered after the deadline: between the 15th and 21st of November and only of there is room

B Priorities regarding entries for horses:
- Priority will be given to those horses that have participated in any of the competitions included on the official ANCCE Competition Calendar, with priority always being given the full-fledged members of ANCCE
- Preferential Right: Those horses participating in the conformation competition, no matter what their situation is, shall have priority over those that are only attending for reasons of exhibition

ENTRY FEES

A Horses that have participated in any of the competitions on the official ANCCE Calendar:
- Full Members of ANCCE: €125 for the first 3 horses and €110 as of the fourth horse and onwards
- Associate Members: €180
- Non Members: €300

B Horses that have not participated in a previous competition on the official ANCCE Calendar:
-Full Members of ANCCE: €150
- Associate Members: €200
- Non Members: €400

C Horses entered after the deadline: In all cases €400
If you are interested in reserving a tack room, it will cost €200 for full-fledged members and €300 for all others participating in the Conformation Competition This year, occupancy is subject to availability Remember that the organizers are not responsible for theft or robbery
To safeguard such incidence, we remind breeders that tack rooms construction sheds with lock and key are available These sheds may be shared; the rental fee for full-fledged members is €400 and €500 for all other participants

In addition to the fees and prices listed, whether the entry fees or the reservation of tack room/sheds the corresponding tax must be added; VAT in Spain is 21%

Entries and registrations will be considered confirmed once full payment has been made Once this payment has been made, said amount will not be returned, whatever the circumstance The organizers calculate supply needs using the actual number of horses entered as the basis when calculating provisions
