2014.02.17

The first USEF Dressage Pipeline Clinic was held in Wellington, Florida at the end of January USEF Dressage Coaches Robert Dover, Jeremy Steinberg, Debbie McDonald and Scott Hassler were allowed to invite 3 riders each from their respective divisions to the two-day clinic

USPRE member Rachel Chowanec and Embrujado XI, owned by Lendon Gray, were included amongst those whom USEF referred to as “thirteen of the United States’ most promising up-and-coming combinations" The clinic included sessions that encompassed not only riding, but sports psychology, rider conditioning, and veterinary matters

“Our first annual USEF/USET Dressage Pipeline Clinic was a huge success The riders were extremely positive and fabulous to work with,” said USEF Chef d’Equipe/Technical Advisor Robert Dover “It could not have been done without the help, support, knowledge, and passion of our USOC and USEF staff and supporters including Betsy Juliano and the whole Global Dressage Festival team I am positive that our shared commitment can and will bring the United States not only back to the podiums, but to that highest one where Gold resides

A second USEF/USET Foundation Dressage Pipeline Clinic will be held in the fall of 2014 on the West Coast Let’s hope to see more PREs included in the top up-and-coming pairs in the US!
