Sabine Schut-Kery Debuts Marques at the International Grand Prix

13_usa_schut_marquis_01USPRE member Sabine Schut-Kery debuted her long-time PRE partner, Marques XXXVI, at the International Grand Prix last weekend in Del Mar, CA, with outstanding results In only their first time at a CDI together at this level, the pair took Second Place, just behind US Team horse Legolas and Steffen Peters, in the Grand Prix Freestyle with the fantastic score of 74275 Their Grand Prix the day before was green, but the freestyle performance shows that this pair has real promise for the future! Sabine, a member of the 2015 Pan American Team for the United States with Sanceo, and the highly talented Marques were early recipients of the USPRE Riders Scholarship, were USDF Horse of the Year winners at Prix St George in 2012, multiple USPRE High Point winners, and our poster models for various USPRE magazine ads Marques--a stunning 2004 black stallion, co-owned by Sabine and Rhea Scott--has shown exceptional abilities for upper level dressage competition from the time he was young and is considered to be a bright future star for the United States We were proud to see Sabine sporting the USPRE saddle pad for her first Grand Prix competition We will continue to follow the career of this outstanding PRE and his rider For more information, see http://www.dressage-new.com/p=36050
