SICAB 2012 BREEDER STAND RESERVATIONS

ANCCE, the National PRE Breeders’ Association of Spain, which, in 2012, is hosting the 22^nd edition of the International PRE Trade Fair SICAB from the 20^th to 25^th November, is making available a space dedicated to the promotion of their stud farm to those breeders who should so wish  Herein is the form to reserve your breeder stand, where you can specify the number of square meters that you would like to request This form is both for those members who had a breeders stand at SICAB 2011, and for those who are interested in contracting one this year for the first time

The deadline for requesting a stand is September 20, 2012, although those stud farms that were present last year must, if they wish to maintain the previously assigned area, must formalize their reservation before the 31^st of July After these dates, the organizers will make use of these areas that have not been renewed To formalize the reservation, in addition to completing the attached form, you must make a payment, as a deposit and as advance payment for the stand, of 600 euros In your application, you must also indicate, always provided that this is prior to the closing date, if you seek to improve the location you had in 2011  As of July 31, all the reservations made by any other breeders who did not participate in SICAB 2011 will be attended in strict arrival order, with the remaining areas being offered to the breeders, who will be able to choose, in that same order, the options that are for them most favorable regarding the available space, and regarding the configuration of the marquee itself Likewise, the reservation will be effective from the date when the 600 euro payment is made  The amount due to formalize the reservation, in all cases, must be paid into the La Caixa bank account number: 2100 2320 55 0200168822  Please be advised that the organization will not return any amounts paid due to cancellations, once the deadline for reservations has passed September 20, 2012 The assembly details, schedules and general use will be specified on the breeder stand contacting form, which will be sent in due course The prices are the same as in 2011 Please note that those breeders that put videos, music or have musical performances in their stands, will each have to pay the sum of €100, the fee charged by SGAE copy right association [PDF] SICAB 2012 breeder stand Reservation Form: wwwanccees/_docs/documentos/2012/noticias/formulario_reserva_stand_ganadero_sicab2012_ingpdf
