SICAB 2013 GENERAL INFORMATION

Once again, we are contacting you about a number of organizational aspects with regards to the International PRE Trade Fair SICAB 2013 to be held between the 3^rd and 8^th of December

HOTELS
Once again, we have an agreement with the El Corte Inglés travel agency to handle hotel reservations for SICAB  The travel agency contact phone is +34-954-254-718

STUD FARM CATALOG
As is customary, SICAB prepares an official catalog in which all those stud farms who so desire may contract publicity November 5 is the deadline to request this publicity and send in the original text/photos Included herein is the request form for Catalog publicity, which should be filled out and sent back to the ANCCE office  This request form indicates the current fees for publicity this year

Remember that there is limited publicity space; therefore, if you are interested, it would be to your advantage to reserve now!

BREEDER STAND

In 2013, breeder stands will be located in Pavilion 1, the same as last year, where there will also be an arena for mares

Included herein is the reservation form, with the prices The deadline to contract a stand is the 30^th of October 2013 Reservations will be attended by strict order of arrival of the reservations, and until the area is full To formalize your reservation you must, in addition, complete the attached form, and make the payment of €600 to the C/C 2100 2320 55 0200168822 of La Caixa, as a deposit and partial payment for the stand  Please be advised that should there be a cancellation, for any reason, after the October 30, 2013 deadline, the organizers will not return this deposit

All specifications for setting up the stand, schedules and general use are specified in the Breeder Stand Contract, which will be sent in due course Two floor stands or those elevated above the floor are strictly forbidden We understand that breeders will be using videos, music or musical shows at their stand; therefore, a fee of €100 will be charged by the SGAE Copyright Authority for each stand
