USPRE High Point Awards Winner at The First Dance in Louisiana

We're excited to celebrate Elaine Harmon and Horizonte CDF for their big win! They took home the USPRE High Point Award at The First Dance event in Folsom, LA on March 15 & 16. Riding Training Level Test 2, they scored 69.828%.
